London Store Update

We hope you are keeping well and staying safe.

Our team has been busy behind the scenes, preparing for us to begin our return to work.  There is still lots to do, and we will be working with less staff on site to allow for safe social distancing.

Our factory and warehouse will  begin to re open from the 15th June.  For the time being our London shop will not be open for in person visits.

Instead we will be arranging all shop customer requests by mail order.  The London shop team will be available to answer queries, place orders and even offer fitting advice remotely.

Please email Shop@freed.co.uk outlining your request, and we will get back to you. To make up for the fact that we can't see you in person, we will be offering free UK postage and a complimentary set of ribbons for every pair of pointe shoe purchase.
